This new SUV from Kia is performing well in the market, selling over 10,000 units every month

Car manufacturer Kia recently launched its new generation Kia Seltos in the Indian market a few months ago, since then the Kia Seltos has performed very well in terms of sales.

Car manufacturer Kia recently launched its new-generation Kia Seltos in the Indian market a few months ago. Since then, the Seltos has performed exceptionally well in terms of sales. Since its launch in January 2026, this mid-size SUV has consistently sold over 10,000 units per month, a clear indication of its popularity.

Sales of the new Kia Seltos have been strong since its launch. In January 2026, the company sold 10,639 units. In February, sales of the Seltos reached 10,308 units. Furthermore, in March, the Seltos sold a total of 11,041 units. Overall, Kia has sold 31,988 units of the Seltos in three months, making it one of the strongest cars in its segment.

The new Kia Seltos has also surpassed several competitors in terms of sales. In the same period, i.e., three months, the Tata Sierra sold 23,106 units. The Kia Seltos SUV is giving tough competition to cars like the Hyundai Creta and Tata Sierra.

Talking about the price of the Kia Seltos, the starting ex-showroom price of the Kia Seltos is ₹10.99 lakh, while the top variant of this car is priced at ₹20.19 lakh. The Kia Seltos is available in three engine options: a 1.5-liter petrol engine, a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. Both manual and automatic transmission options are also available, allowing customers to choose the option that best suits their needs.

The Kia Seltos boasts several advanced features and numerous safety features. The SUV received a 5-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP crash test. It scored 31.70 out of 32 in adult occupant protection and 45 out of 49 in child occupant protection, making it a safe family car.
